We offer an exchange on all orders and refunds on most items if you are not happy/satisfied with your purchase, as per our terms and conditions outlined on this website. All returns must meet the following requirements:
Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as it was received with all tags still in place (including hygiene seal on swimwear).
Returned items must be dispatched within 7 days of receipt. If goods are dispatched after 7 days of receipt, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non returnable items include: - Jewellery (including earrings, necklaces and bracelets) - Underwear - Household items - Stationary (including gift cards)
How do I return an item? Simply email email@example.com with the following details: Name Address Tel no Order no Reason for return
And we will then give you a Return Authorisation number. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that, unless the item is faulty, we do not cover the delivery costs of any returned item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are also not liable for loss of the item being returned, before it reaches us. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise please send by registered post, and keep a record of tracking details. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Where do I send it? Please post all returns to: PO Box 72353 Dubai United Arab Emirates Tel: +971 50 5515828 Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Credit Card Refunds If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or debit card, within a certain amount of days. We will refund you through PayPal (the same method you used to pay for the order) and email you once complete.
Cash Refunds Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds. Cash on delivery orders will have the option of exchange only.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange for a different size or alternative item(s), we will dispatch your new item(s), and email you a new tracking number. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

My order arrived and it is faulty/damaged, what do I do? Whilst we do our best to make sure your Maarli order arrives with you in perfect condition, some things may slip through the net. So if something arrives and it isn't 100% as it should be, please email us at email@example.com and we will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
I was given the item as a gift and received it directly from Maarli. How do I refund/exchange? If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
